You should receive payment within 5-10 business days of when we receive your account information.
PLEASE READ BELOW FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THIS TRANSACTION
We will be booking a mileage ticket or hotel stay from your account for a Third Party. You will receive an e-ticket/reservation from the airline/hotel with the itinerary. Please make sure to forward all correspondence to us (email@example.com). If a Credit Card was provided for taxes and fees then we will reference the e-ticket/reservation to ensure that the reimbursement amount for those charges is correct. As such please make sure to forward them to us as soon as you receive them as this will expedite your reimbursement and ensure its accuracy.
Do not change the password on your airline or hotel account until all of the miles/points that we purchased are used. At times, this may take several months (or longer). Sometimes, we will transfer miles/points into your account, so we have the exact number we need in order to book a ticket/hotel stay. If you are unsure as to the status of your account, please contact us directly. Do not contact the airline or hotel, as it may increase the risk of them flagging the account for suspicious activity.
Although it doesn’t happen often, there is a chance that the airline or hotel will audit your account in the future. In order to mitigate this risk, we generally purchase complete accounts (unless otherwise agreed). This way, we assume the risk of all or most of the existing miles in your account.
If the miles were earned with a credit card, and you’d like to cancel/close the card, please contact us before doing so.
PEYD will be issuing airline tickets or hotel stays from your account for third party passengers from this day forward until purchased miles/points are depleted. You may be held liable if due to negligence on your part the account purchased is flagged, suspended, audited or closed. This would include any and all tickets/hotel reservations that are currently ticketed/booked on the account. The airline or hotel may contact you at the number, email, or address listed on your account. You are responsible to be familiar with any and all tickets/reservations that we have issued from your account and to assure the airline/hotel that they were authorized if they were to contact you regarding this.
By proceeding with this transaction, you agree to these above Terms and Conditions and that you will not resell leftover mileage/points, or newly accrued mileage/points from your Airline/Hotel Frequent Flier account until the amount we have purchased is used in its entirety. This period begins on the transaction date and is effective until all travel is completed for all mileage tickets/hotel stays redeemed from your account.
