Points will be debited from your Membership Rewards account to cover the cost of that ticket, and a credit will be posted to your card account for the cash cost of that ticket. In approximately 30 calendar days, 35% of the points will be returned to your account.

You are responsible to be familiar with any and all reservations that we have issued from your account and to assure the airline that they were authorized if they were to contact you regarding this. By proceeding with this transaction, you agree to these above Terms and Conditions and that you will not resell leftover mileage, or newly accrued mileage from your Airline Frequent Flier account until the amount we have purchased is used in its entirety. This period begins on the transaction date and is effective until all travel is completed for all mileage tickets redeemed from your account.

If a Credit Card was provided for taxes and fees then we will reference the e-ticket/reservation to ensure that the reimbursement amount for those charges is correct. As such please make sure to forward them to us as soon as you receive them as this will expedite your reimbursement and ensure its accuracy.

Hotel points can be used in a variety of ways. Generally, we will book a hotel reservation from your account for a Third Party (someone that is not related to you). If we book a hotel reservation you will receive an email from the hotel with the reservation. Please make sure to forward all correspondence to us (info@getpeyd.com) in a timely manner. Any points earned and posted to the account as a result of our reservation will remain the property of Get Peyd, LLC. Alternatively, we may transfer the points to an airline account or to another member’s account (within the same program). Do not change the password on your account until all of the points that we purchased are used. This may take several months (or longer). If you require that the miles be used in a specific timeframe, please notify us at the time of sale. Otherwise we reserve the right to use the miles at our convenience. At times, we will transfer additional points into your account or purchase miles directly from the hotel program so that we have the exact number we need in order to make a reservation. These points are ours. If you are unsure as to the status of your account, please contact us directly. Do not contact the hotel, as it may result in our reservation(s) being cancelled and your account being suspended. Selling or bartering your points are oftentimes against the terms and conditions of the program. Although it doesn’t happen often, there is a chance that a hotel will audit your account. In order to mitigate this risk, we generally try to purchase all of your miles. This way, we assume the risk of all or most of the current miles in your account. We do not take responsibility for leftover miles or newly accrued miles that we did not purchase. If the points were earned with an a co-branded credit card, and you’d like to cancel/close that card, you may do so.

Please note that closing the credit card will not affect the account that it was “feeding” miles into. If a dispute arises regarding this transaction you agree to binding arbitration by a Beth Din of our choice. PEYD will be issuing hotel reservations from your account for third party guests from this day forward until purchased points are depleted. You agree to reimburse us “in full” if due to negligence on your part the hotel account or the reservation is flagged, suspended, audited or cancelled. This would include any and all reservations that are currently booked from the account. We may at our discretion require you to reimburse us for points that we purchased or added to your account, as well. The hotel may contact you at the number, email address, or address listed on your account. You are responsible to be familiar with any and all reservations that we have issued from your account and to assure the hotel that they were authorized if they were to contact you regarding this.

By proceeding with this transaction, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and that you will not resell leftover points, or newly accrued points from your hotel account until the amount we have purchased is used in its entirety. This period begins on the transaction date and is effective until all travel is completed for all hotel reservations redeemed from your account.
